Facilitator Training May 2024 - Online - L1: Unleash Yourself

Is Secret Sunrise your happy place? Do you find yourself attending as many sessions as possible and wanting to dance with us weekly? If this is you, then we want you to be a part of the facilitator family! We want you to bring your gees (enthusiasm) and passion - and believe that you will be a great addition to our global JOY-filled facilitator network! We’re hosting the training online to keep costs as low as possible (and so that you can meet a netwtork of global besties!) Let's Dance!

Training sessions are hosted online in the evenings SAST for 2-2.5 hours. The training ends with a practical session on the final day which is also hosted online.

• Joy Foundations Course (prerequisite) - included in the course price - Sign up to attend one before the course start
• 20th May 2024: 7pm - 9.30pm (SAST)  - Training Session 1
• 21st May 2024: 7pm - 9.00pm (SAST)  - Training Session 2
• 22nd May 2024: 7pm - 9.00pm (SAST) - Training Session 3
• 23rd May 2024: 7pm - 9.00pm (SAST) - Training Session 4
• 24 May 2024: 7pm - 10.00pm (SAST) - Training Session 5
• 26 May 2024: 2pm - 6pm (SAST)  - GMT+2

*Price includes the full training as well as the introductory Joy Foundations Course.

Your Facilitator  – Karen Christian

Karen has been training facilitators since 2020. She embraces the profound connection between movement and self-discovery. As an Intuitive facilitator, she guides participants in exploring their inner and outer worlds through physical somatic movement and guided presencing using the power of the present moment. Music becomes our medium, unlocking the medicine within each participant. With an informal, open-minded approach, Karen creates a safe space for connection and transformation.
