Everyone who starts the journey to Joy with Secret Sunrise starts in the same place: Step 1: Joy Foundations (https://www.skool.com/secretsunrisejoyuniversity/about)- an introductory course to soak in the essence of Secret Sunrise. Everyone does this step! Step 2: Unleash Yourself Facilitator training -(https://www.skool.com/secretsunrisejoyuniversity/about) for everyone who wishes to Facilitate sessions and bring Secret Sunrise to my area. Step 3: Sign a Joy Agreement with Secret Sunrise, pay your annual subscription (currently $230) and you are good to run sessions in your area!** ** please note if you are currently based in any of the following areas you will have to contact the Secret Sunrise collective and work with them and their rules in order to offer Sessions: South Africa: Western Cape, Eastern Cape, KZN, Gauteng, Lowveld Globally: Amsterdam, Windhoek, Zanzibar, Bali, Singapore, London You can sign up for additional boost training (https://www.secretsunrisetraining.com/book-online)and additional services to support you on your Secret Sunrise Journey to Joy.

It depends on the training. Joy Foundations is a maximum of 3 hours online. Unleash Yourself really depends on the teacher. Some teachers offer weekend intensives, others offer nightly sessions for a week. Each training will detail the dates and hours required.

Yes :) Our training is geared specifically to the Secret Sunrise offering and what makes Secret Sunrise the movement that it is. Facilitators are trained in the Secret Sunrise Joy Magic, and the relevant values and ethics that go into a session. Only accredited Secret Sunrise Facilitators can offer Secret Sunrise sessions.
